Faith … is it Discovered
or Accepted?

How do most people have Faith? Do they discover it somewhere or is it modeled to them by others throughout their life? The answer is . . . . . . . . . Find out later!!!

We know that most people come to church because someone else brought them. We also know that young Christians are always looking for a faith role model in the church. This could be another youth or another adult that can be looked up to by the new believer. We also know that new Christians, just like all children, try to model their beliefs after a more experienced believer when it comes to dealing with life.

Now the answer should be clear: As the Holy Spirit works through the “Means of Grace” to bring people to faith in Jesus Christ, God uses His people, as they reflect the Living Word — Jesus, to reach others!!!

One of the great things about following Christ is to remember the people in the path that are a major part of your faith journey. Think for a minute about the people that have crossed your path, who are the faces that you see?

The answer to that question is simple: You see Christ in others who were FAITHFUL!!!

What a joy it will be when others close their eyes and see through YOU their SAVIOR — JESUS CHRIST! YOU can have the face of Christ as you help others be brought to faith.

Therefore … SHINE!!!

Reflectingly yours,

Pastor Kloha
